Summary: Shuttle from the airport took 43 minutes after I called. When I got to the motel around 1:30 in the afternoon, they said they had been cleaning my room and would call me when it was ready by 4:30. Nobody had called so I went and checked, and it had been ready for several hours. It’s a little things like that that make even a lovely stay very annoying. The room was clean, well appointed, the pool area was beautiful aside from the iguana that jumped in the hot tub with me and the bar was appropriate.

Summary: The staff was accommodating and nice, The shuttle service to airport and Duval street saved us some money, and inconvience and paying for parking. Bed was clean. I’m very picky. The bathroom could have used a little more tlc. Complimentary water bottles was great.

Summary: Well kept facilities, wonderful pool, comfortable rooms, great food on the property, helpful staff when we had problems with our door lock, also helpful staff after our stay when I called back with a problem with a bill. Someone had charged lunch to my room number with my name after I had checked out. They looked into it and refunded me within reasonable time. I will be back.

Summary: Love this Doubletree. All the staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Pool area is beautiful and there is nice poolside bar and restaurant. Shuttle to Old Town is very convenient since parking is so difficult there. Highly recommend!

Summary: Could not have asked for a better hotel while in Key West! The rooms are clean, the pool is great, the staff (particularly Jason at the front desk) is top notch! We had an issue a few times with our room key and maintenance helped us quickly. Definitely a place we would stay again and cannot wait to come back. We rented a golf cart and drove all over the island and always had a place to park once back at the hotel. Amazing place and 10/10 recommend! :)
